Maintain bidding calendar and communications of same within office and staff. Oversee estimating staff of up to five.
Pre - qualification and selection I solicitation of subs I suppliers. Attending pre-bid meetings.
Direction and assembly of CM-at-Risk RFQ responses.
Complete bid assembly including office, bid competitions, sub quote analysis, summary and bid day management with delegated staff.
Bid package assembly including cover/qualification letter, bid form, bid bond, etc. Participating in post-bid negotiations.
Managing and direction of CM-at Risk pre-construction services and negotiation.
Lead and directs transition to project management assignment, " in house pre-construction" meeting.
Education/experience: Bachelor' s Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or
Management or equivalent experience. Significant relevant estimating experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and organization.
Ability to work with and lead a team through communication, delegation and collaboration.
Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with subs, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners and own staff
Possess skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Projects.
Must have a valid driver' s license.
