Job Description

Legal assistant to provide support in its civil litigation, corporate and business practice areas.

Requirements for this position is a minimum of 1-2 years of legal office experience in business and corporate transactions.

Typical duties include scheduling, time entry, tracking case deadlines, civil litigation filings, document preparation, exhibit preparation, setting up new matters, organization of files, filing, e-filing with court system, and the maintenance of business records such as corporate filings, annual reports,.
