Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join non profit organization. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Part time for 2 to 2.5 days.,
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls using various phone systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly office duties as directed by staff
- Order office supplies as needed
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
