Job Description
Professional services office needs reception/administrative assistant who will respond to telephone inquiries, and greets customers. Position will process incoming mail for agency and electronic correspondence as well.
General office duties will include ordering supplies, restocking supplies.
Firm offers an opportunity to train in other area of the business. Hours 8 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Previous office experience desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
