CPA firm is seeking an Administrative Services Specialist to deliver outstanding client service and provide administrative support to strengthen productivity and workflow. Prior experience working in a professional office is highly desirable. This individual should welcome a client-service approach, successfully meet client needs, and support and collaborate with fellow employees. The ideal candidate will possess a high order of logic and prioritization; strong grammar, proofreading, and numeracy skills; accuracy in working with detail; adaptability to meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment with finite deadlines; proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and the tenacity to master additional software programs.

The Administrative Services Specialist will primarily welcome guests and answer/field incoming calls; retrieve mail from the post office and sort/deliver daily; distribute/procure hand deliveries to/from local clients; scan client documents, edit in Adobe, and manage electronic files; order supplies and coordinate office equipment repairs; edit, prepare, and mail monthly invoices and statements; schedule meetings, assist in event planning, and champion relationships with colleges and universities as part of the firm’s Recruiting/Onboarding Committee.

AA or BS degree preferred.  5+ years of administrative experience with progressive duties and responsibilities.  Flexibility to work some overtime during the tax season - Jan - mid April.
