Bookkeeper/Executive Office Manager

You will work directly and independently with clients on their personal or small business bookkeeping, developing procedures and reporting mechanisms that meet the unique needs of each client using standardized, efficient, reporting procedures. Some in-state travel is required. In addition to providing bookkeeping services to select clients, you will work with our in-house real estate investment manager to develop and maintain financial and management information reporting procedures. Excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with a variety of external and internal clients. Diverse tasks, electronic banking systems is required. Utilize variety of technology platforms and ability to learn new programs quickly. Opportunity to suggest workflow or data capture enhancements for more efficiency.
AA Accounting/Business; BS preferred.
5+ years of full charge accounting necessary to service diverse clientele.
Execute administrative skills to work alongside VP Real Estate.
