Executive Administrative Assistant

Support leadership staff with general operational tasks.
Plan and schedule meetings, presentations and other office related events,
Back-up to the office coordinator during absences.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for leadership.
Reserve conference spaces for meetings,
Schedule travel arrangements,
Maintain calendar for Executive Director and send reminders regarding upcoming appointments,
Prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos etc., for leadership review and signature,
Assist in preparation of presentation materials,
Monitor office supplies, order and re-stock as needed,
Perform data entry into various software systems including but not limited to HMIS, WITS, Little Green Light and Quickbooks.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain client files
All other duties as assigned.
