Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll input, commissions, and special payroll runs.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and reporting requirements and work with ADP and State agencies to reconcile tax inquiries and discrepancies.
Maintain payroll and related records supporting the accumulation and use of vacation and holidays.
Serve as the primary interface and administrator of ADP WorkforceNow, Enterprise eTIME, and Concur.
Ensure correct approval, coding, and matching of invoices.
Prepares all vendor payments (checks, ACHs, online) and obtains proper signatures/approvals for all payments.
Supports accounting team with payroll and accounts payable related accruals and various bank account and general ledger reconciliations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.
Knowledge of standard multi-state payroll taxes.
Experience with general ledger coding.
Required Job Skills
ADP Workforce Now.
Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness with tasks and assignments.
Advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail meticulous record-keeping and accuracy
