Act as primary contact for Third Party Administration (TPA) customers.
Assist retirement plan sponsors with questions and general inquiries.
Monitor plan compliance and adherence to plan documents.
Facilitate the processing of plan and participant level requests (ex. Loans, terminations, etc.)
Perform annual discrimination testing including ADP/ACP tests.
Annual preparations of signature-ready IRS form 5500.
Calculate and perform allocation of Profit Sharing and Employer contributions.
Prepare annual valuation package for TPA customers.
Provide customer service for retirement plan sponsor and retirement plan participants.
Communicate with retirement plan investment providers on behalf of plan sponsor.
Reconcile retirement plan assets.
Maintain and enhance industry knowledge through training and workshops.
Maintain client and department records.
Assist in aspects of plan conversion and implementation of new clients
Assist large clients with annual audits.
Other project work and duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Solid understanding of all regulatory aspects of retirement plan administration for 401(k) and 403(b) defined contribution plans. Knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations and compliance required. Familiarity with IRS withholding requirements, transaction processing and overall plan design a plus.

Prior experience in Financial Services, specifically Third Party Administration required. Industry designations (ex. ASPPA QKA) and experience with DATAIR software required. Minimum 2 year college degree and strong customer service skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential
