Our client is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join their team as a VP - Cash Management Officer to support our Seacoast NH and Southern ME markets.
This person will facilitate the sale and delivery of business deposit and cash management services to our commercial customers in the assigned market(s). He/she will be responsible for building and enhancing the Bank s presence through participation in local and regional community events and expositions, and through business development activities focused upon new business prospects as well as existing customers.
In an effort to facilitate quality referrals, he/she will provide also provide guidance, training and support to Branch staff and others in their markets who also are responsible for business development activities in the area.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales in a Banking environment, and will have a solid familiarity with centers of influence and the business community in the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. He/she will be committed to involvement in various local and regional community organizations and events within the area, and will be willing to travel as necessary throughout the market.
Other qualifications include knowledge or formal training in financial statement and tax return analysis, as well as financial industry status and trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle complex inquiries related to small business lending are required.
