Meet Your Recruiter
Paul Farrell
Paul transitioned into recruiting in 2021 and quickly discovered it was where he was meant to be. His recruiting method: actually showing up, meeting your team in person, and truly understanding company culture before making recommendations. His background in HR revealed his natural ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit, making him uniquely effective at solving challenging staffing needs for Maine companies. Paul challenges the misconception that agencies are merely temporary staffing services by focusing on strategic, career-level hires that drive real business results in today's competitive talent market. He sets himself apart through his refreshingly thorough, face-to-face approach—visiting workplaces, understanding team dynamics, and learning what success looks like in each environment before presenting candidates.
His recruiting strength lies in seeing staffing challenges from a hiring manager's perspective, recognizing that every open position impacts productivity. Paul's on-site visits and ability to discern company culture mean better candidate fits and significantly reduced turnover, while his patient approach ensures you only interview pre-qualified candidates who are genuinely excited about your opportunity. Currently specializing in healthcare recruitment with expanding expertise across multiple sectors, he's most excited solving staffing challenges that seem impossible. When he's not connecting clients with exceptional talent, you'll find Paul cheering on local sports teams or exploring Maine's hiking trails with the same team spirit and determination that fuel his commitment to your hiring success.
