HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist

Job Description
HR Generalist with third party payroll experience for 100 EEs needed by established Greater Portland organization. Direct hire.
This position supports on boarding, benefits administration, workers compensation claims , LOA, etc. reporting to HR Manager.
Position will process payroll through payroll company and resolves any payroll discrepancies . Reconcile various payroll reports.
Maintains employee HR records and documentation. Maintain PTO plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of payroll regulations - state and federal. Experience with volume payroll processing and HRIS software.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
