Job Description


• Processing edits of attorney’s time entries

• Preparation of paper and electronic billing statements, including manipulation of text files

• Gathering and organizing supporting documentation for expense charges

• Tracking status of e-billed invoices and payment of same

• Processing of accounts payable including scanning, filing and maintaining supporting schedules

• Preparing deposits

• Annual updating of online firm listings

• Other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned

• Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PDF processing skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an entry level accounting role

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
