Accounting Systems Analyst
Job Description
Springborn Staffing is seeking a part-time Accounting Analyst with hands-on experience using NetSuite in a finance/accounting capacity to support our client’s finance and operations teams while they transition to NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition from an existing ERP system to NetSuite, including data validation, reconciliation, and setup of financial modules.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing workflows, identifying discrepancies, and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial module configuration in NetSuite.
- Perform standard bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Provide feedback and support during the initial NetSuite rollout.
- Assist with managing and recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with NetSuite in a finance or accounting capacity.
- Familiarity with Sage 100.
- Prior experience working in finance as an accountant, AP/AR, bookkeeper.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
