Job Description

Springborn Staffing is seeking a part-time Accounting Analyst with hands-on experience using NetSuite in a finance/accounting capacity to support our client’s finance and operations teams while they transition to NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the transition from an existing ERP system to NetSuite, including data validation, reconciliation, and setup of financial modules.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing workflows, identifying discrepancies, and documenting findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial module configuration in NetSuite.
  • Perform standard bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Provide feedback and support during the initial NetSuite rollout.
  • Assist with managing and recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with NetSuite in a finance or accounting capacity.
  • Familiarity with Sage 100.
  • Prior experience working in finance as an accountant, AP/AR, bookkeeper.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
