Job Description
Hybrid opportunity.
- Provide overall accounting support (A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments, special reports to assist with agency metrics, and month end reports), as assigned. • Issue checks, transfer funds, prepare and record deposits, reconcile bank accounts and cash books with the General Ledger. • File, Scan, Journal Entries. • Print online commission statements and post commissions received. • Print online Production reports. • Assist in the budget process as needed, especially for assigned agencies. • Manage financial statement preparation and month end and quarterly closing. • Serve as company liaison with auditors as needed. • Perform all basic accounting procedures, financial statement preparation, month end closing, journal entries and general ledger maintenance, and fixed assets and margin analysis; prepare supporting schedules for financial statements preparation. •
AA Accounting preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
