Available August 1 st

Flexible hours Monday through Friday - 4 hours daily. Assignment is approximately 10 weeks.

Convenient location on Metro.

Previous experience preferred, QuickBooks experience needed.

Duties:

-Convert Estimates to Invoices based on shipping documents in QuickBooks Online

-Receive Payments from customers both checks and electronically

-Reconcile Payments that do not match the invoice

-Shared reception duties (phone and door)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
