Job Description
City of Portland /Jetport has a need for a temporary support at the administrative reception desk in the office of the Airport Director . Great people skills and reliability for 5 day schedule 8 AM to 3:30 PM Mon - Fri.
Greet guests, receive mail/packages, make copies, all phone reception and transfer, and may provide light calendaring/agenda/slide support for meeting prep for the administrative team .
Must clear Federal Background Check. Start immediately for 4 to 6 weeks with possible extension.
PC and Google Doc experience needed.
