Administrative Assistant - Tax
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's accounting firm operations for a 3-4 month temporary role. Comfortability with learning new software in a short period of time required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management. This role primarily be responsible for scanning in client documents (utilizing specialized software), filing, answering phones, greeting clients, and other small administrative tasks around the office.

Job Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in customer service
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and provide superior customer support
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
