Project Manager – Construction & Fabrication
Are you an experienced project manager passionate about sustainable design, innovative materials, and the built environment? Join a pioneering company in the structural round timber manufacturing space, where you'll play a critical role in advancing complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion.
In this role, you'll leverage your project management expertise to coordinate efforts across sales, design, and production, ensuring timely and successful delivery of natural building components for commercial construction projects. You'll serve as a key liaison among clients, internal teams, and external partners, orchestrating project execution with attention to quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Experience interpreting and producing detailed shop drawings or 3D models in a construction, manufacturing, or fabrication setting
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven skill in managing multiple concurrent projects
- Process-driven mindset with experience in continuous improvement and change management
- Understanding of structural engineering principles
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and familiarity with Revit or CAD
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, from initial design through production and delivery
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align designs with budget, schedule, and site conditions
- Review and manage shop drawings internally and through external drafting partners
- Ensure project budgets are aligned with actual design and production activities
- Lead coordination between sales, design, and manufacturing teams
- Assist in process development and workflow improvements across departments
- Organize contract documentation, submittals, RFIs, drawing reviews, and project-specific communications
- Travel to partner fabrication facilities for quality control inspections as needed
- Support estimating team with preliminary takeoffs and client-specific design input
- Oversee change orders and procurement processes with vendors
- Maintain organized electronic project files for team-wide access and continuity
- Lead weekly status meetings and project check-ins, both remote and in-person

- Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Budget tracking and financial reporting experience
- Familiarity with Rhino or other modeling software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,455.00 - $85,000.00 per year
