Assistant to Law Firm Manager
Job Description
Law firm. Temp to hire. 33 to 40 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Business Manager.
- Assist with billing processes, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Help maintain and update firm policies and procedures.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supply inventory.
- Troubleshoot software and IT issues as needed.
- Develop a proficiency of law firm case management software.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and benefits administration.
- Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
- Oversee referral case management.
- Provide admin support to Intake Department
- Perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.
