Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 - $185,000 base salary

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through issuance
• Serve as a trusted advisor and key client relationship leader
• Review financial statements and audit deliverables
• Provide guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters
• Manage engagement staffing, budgets, and workflow
• Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives
• Support practice growth and client development efforts

• CPA required
• 15+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading complex assurance engagements
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
• Experience with commercial, nonprofit, governmental, or employee benefit plan audits
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and business judgment
