Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant for a temporary opportunity through our behavioral healthcare client located in South Portland. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, and it is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to gain healthcare experience while searching for their next role.

**This company handles cases of child abuse, so candidates interested in the position should be comfortable with this type of subject**

Duties:

  • A large portion of this position involves scheduling appointments/meetings for clients and employees, using employee calendars to coordinate
  • General administrative assistance for departments in the office, including monitoring of front desk phone and email, relaying messages, greeting clients coming into the office, filing paperwork, etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in an administrative medical position is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
