Job Description
Well established CPA firm adding QuickBooks Bookkeeper to staff.
Diversified position will assume QuickBooks accounting for a variety of industry clients large and small who utilize QuickBooks. Position requires strong financial accounting and QuickBooks experience for the following tasks.
Duties: · Maintain financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping clients. · Determine & post journal entries. · Perform monthly account reconciliations · Prepare and review financial statements · Maintain client fixed asset schedules · Calculate, file, and pay monthly & quarterly sales tax returns · Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns · Prepare year-end W2s and 1099s ·
Qualifications: QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online experience · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe · High degree of accuracy and attention to detail · Ability to handle multiple tasks · Strong time management skills and ability to work in a deadline driven environment · Works well with Team, Partners and Clients.
40 hours
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
