Call Center EZ Pass
Job Description
Hours are 9:30 to 6 PM after 2 week training period.
Past customer service experience- call center preferred and/or significant customer service experience, a dedication to workas evidenced by employment history. Works well independently and with a team, and a candidate whose focus is on training and learning vs outside distractions during work hours.
The primary responsibility of this position is to answer patron phone calls and attempt to bring resolution to any patron questions or concerns, in a professional courteous manner. This position must develop an extensive knowledge of the E-ZPass System, Personal Accounts and the Commuter Discount Plan policies and procedures in order to resolve patron problems and concerns.
The position will accept credit card payments, via telephone, for commuter renewal, and debit balance replenishment. The position will also decide, based upon conversation with new E-ZPass patrons, the appropriate Plan to enroll in. The position will therefore be required to understand the rules and regulations of credit card and the E-ZPass programs.
