Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and leading the corporation.
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Analyze financial data and performance to provide insights for decision-making
- Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
- Supervise payroll processing, supply chain financing, and risk management activities
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role such as CFO or VP of Finance
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial report writing and analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising finance teams
- Experience in public accounting or a similar industry is a plus
