Springborn Staffing is currently seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to fill an immediate opening with our client, a 100% employee-owned commercial industry leader in the Westbrook area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience, plus overtime and bonus opportunities. Example: Typical compensation for a candidate with the required 5 years of commercial experience would start at approximately $33.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Year-round, full-time work.
• Must be available for overtime, nights, on-call shifts, and rotating weekends as needed to service commercial clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven Commercial HVAC experience
• Active Maine Gas License (Required) and EPA Type II Certification (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• A strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and a motivation to continuously learn and advance in the commercial HVAC trade.
