Job Description

Great position in Westbrook for full time college student , reentry candidate or administrative employee. 8 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday. Super staff, beautiful offices.

  • Coordinate and/or process new business .
  • Perform receptionist duties as backup or relief, greeting and directing visitors, answering phones.
  • Coordinate and/or process the sorting and distribution incoming mail/preparation and processing of outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate and/or provide administrative support such as photocopying, assembling policies, and binding reports.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Shift:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

 

Weekly day range:

 

  • Monday to Friday
