Scarborough Retailer hiring TWO Customer Service Representative for their busy season to begin immediately through December 2024.
Full time hours either a Mon-Fri schedule or a Tues-Saturday schedule. Start time is 8/8:30 until 4:30/5 pm. This role supports the service department taking inbound calls/emails from customers with general questions and service requests. This position will assist customers regarding any questions or problems they are experiencing with their hot tub , sauna or swim spa and scheduling any necessary appointments for field service technicians in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
We are ideally looking for someone that has experience in a call center taking inbound calls, has customer service experience and ability to deescalate calls, technically proficient navigating between systems and can pick it up quickly. Someone with prior scheduling experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
