Hybrid opportunity/3 days on site.

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires 5+ years financial accounting in manufacturing or cost analysis position. Gov't contracting experience a plus. Understanding of GAAP and MRP fundamentals.

BS Financial Accounting or other appropriate degree.

POSITION

  • Plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor
  • Analyzes changes in product design raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs and drivers of margin impacts
  • Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing month to month/quarter to quarter and year over year analysis for product lines
  • Analyze projects costs, estimates and budgets
  • Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors, affective prices, and profitability of products or services
  • Assist in accounting closing and preparation of financial statements each month
