Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Administrator to join professional services firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for equipment, services and fac.ility and staff of 20 EEs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures inclusive of IT
-Manage all building improvements
- Works with plan administrators to design employee benefit plans that are competitive
- Responsible for all payroll activity utilizing ADP and associated compliance's.
- Participates in annual budget and strategy meetings; delegates accounting functions to accounting staff; to coordinate audit and prepare tax returns.
- Position will interview, on board and train clerical and administrative staff. Conduct evaluations, coach and develop staff.
Requirements :
BS degree Business Administration or related field
5 years management experience with professional services firm .
2+ years financial accounting experience and third party payroll and benefits administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
