Specialty Market & Food Service Associates – Westbrook Area
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Springborn Staffing is currently seeking dependable candidates to fill Temp-to-Hire food service and retail positions at a popular, high-volume destination in the Westbrook area. If you enjoy a mix of customer service, light food prep, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-known local brand.
Now Hiring For:
- Specialty Food Service Workers
- Dessert & Concessions Staff
- Kitchen & Prep Support
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $15.10 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience and role.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire. This is a great pathway to a permanent position for reliable employees.
- First shift: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
- Second shift: 3:30 PM–8:45 PM
- Hours will decrease in the fall
- Requirements: As this is a busy local destination, candidates must have reliable availability. You should expect and be available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on peak operational hours.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, customer-first attitude and a highly dependable work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to handle a variety of tasks, from taking orders and processing payments to dessert preparation and keeping dining/retail areas clean
- Team players who communicate well under pressure and maintain high food safety standards
- Previous food service, retail, or kitchen experience is a plus, but our client is highly willing to train the right dependable candidate
