Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
· Processes associated with generating, editing, and finalizing client invoices in all required formats.
· Communication with attorneys and assistants on all aspects of client billing records, time entry, and accounts receivable.
· Proactively review, verify, and edit time/cost detail to ensure accuracy of client invoices
· Recording and depositing incoming client funds to firm IOLTAs and disbursing funds as authorized by case attorney(s).
· Updating and maintaining accurate billing related client and matter data.
· Communicating internally and externally regarding account status and related information.
· Preparing financial reports.
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
