Job Description

Primary responsibilities include: Receptionist – greet clients, vendors, and employees in a professional office atmosphere; accurately route incoming calls; accept deliveries and route to appropriate personnel; maintain phone system and train new employees on the use of the phone system; and maintain reception area appearance. Front desk receptionist experience is required.
Librarian – maintain the firm’s electronic library and reference books; handle the renewal of library materials and office subscriptions obtaining required approvals.
Administrative Assistant – Scan incoming mail, manage copy projects, enter time and costs into the billing system, prepare mailings, run errands as needed, assist with all aspects of file maintenance, and other tasks as requested. Administrative assistant experience in an office setting required.
General requirements:
· At least one year of relevant administrative assistant and receptionist experience;
· Excellent telephone and receptionist skills;
Strong computer skills including the use of Adobe, Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.28 - $22.02 per hour
