Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant specializing in Corporate Law to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, drafting, and administrative skills, with experience preferably in corporate law, bankruptcy or other highly transaction discipline . Excellent opportunity in larger firm. Position is open due to promotion. Requires 2+ years of legal assistant experience in related business line. BA degree preferred.
Duties
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage case files and document review processes ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry tasks related to case files, court filings, and administrative records.
- Provide executive administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and organizing files.
