Plumbing Manager & Foreman – Licensed Master Plumber

Our Client: A Plumbing and Heating Company serving serving communities in Southern Maine, is looking for a Licensed Master Plumber to lead and manage plumbing operations in both residential and commercial projects. This role oversees field crews, coordinates with contractors, and ensures quality, compliance, and efficiency on all job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support field plumbing teams
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors and project stakeholders
- Estimate jobs, manage schedules, and coordinate materials
- Ensure code compliance, job quality, and safety
- Communicate effectively between field and office staff
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumbing License
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
