Job Description

Paralegal needed for Medical Malpractice Group. Excellent opportunity for an experienced medical malpractice paralegal or a nonpracticing attorney.

Position will join small team supporting practice group.

Strong command of the English language, written and spoken, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style. Knowledge of legal terminology a plus.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Good knowledge of personal computers, system utilities and document production software, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word.

Experience performing on-line legal and medical research and navigation of the Internet very desirable.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish workload priorities.

Tenacity for tedious jobs, enthusiasm for challenges, self motivated and willing to learn and change.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, Workers' Comp Board personnel and others who call.

Job Requirements

Undergraduate degree preferred. Paralegal Certificate.
