Very good opportunity for experience Paralegal to join prestigious Concord firm. Brief overview:
- Fast paced and diverse position will require transactional real estate experience and corporate law.
- Paralegal will prepare all documents related to real estate transaction - commitment letters, registry filing, title searches , arranging for closing and other.
- Paralegal manages corporate records - filings at all governmental levels, supports mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions.
- Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Opportunity for hybrid after 6 months. Excellent salary.
