Excellent opportunities available immediately to join our healthcare client in Scarborough and Portland, ME! Offering training as a Scheduling Specialist. No medical experience required.
This is a patient service position that will schedule incoming new patient referrals, obtain medical records and work with provider's schedules. Excellent communication, customer centric service and ability to make decisions independently is needed.
Ability to learn specific software related to scheduling, previous experience in customer centered or administrative capacity preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
