350 EES , ADP partner, small support staff
Supervisory Responsibilities • Supervises staff assigned to completing daily payroll & accounting tasks; directly manages the Payroll Administrator, including daily oversight of payroll tasks, evaluation, mentoring, development and training. • Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
Position Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • American Payroll Certification (FPC or CPP). • 3+ years’ payroll supervision experience in a company of similar complexity. • Prior experience in a governmental or unionized environment is highly desirable. • Previous experience with ADP Enterprise preferred. • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
