Springborn Staffing is seeking a hard working, dependable, trustworthy, driven individual to join our successful team for our Payroll/ Office Administrator Position right in Portland. This job is a part time position, 1-2 days per week. You will overlook temporary employees’ payroll, making sure that each of our temporary employee’s paycheck goes smoothly each week.
This position takes care of payroll as well as other administration tasks at the office including:
- Process outsourced payroll for multiple companies and employees
- Proof and Approve Employees direct deposits, taxes, and payroll information using our software
- Setting up new clients in our software with their onboarding information, such as taxes and personal information
- Running payrolls reports and exporting invoices
- Keeping our website and Indeed up to date with news and job postings
- Helping other employees and recruiters with our payroll software, emails, or websites as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Very detail-oriented and organized,
- Tech-savvy and is familiar with computer-based programs and software
- Great problem-solver, flexible, and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
* Experience in payroll processing preferred but not required with on the job training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
