Job description

We are working with a Portland non-profit organization, which is looking to hire 10 temporary customer services representatives for an upcoming holiday event this Thursday 12/19. This event runs from 3:00pm to 9:00pm in downtown Portland, and is a great opportunity to pick up additional work while on the job search. Parking and light training for the position will be provided to all temporary employees.

Duties:

  • Ride along with guests on the train, passing out drinks and snacks regularly
  • General customer service for guests - answering questions, directing guests, etc.
  • Interact with guests at the event
  • Light cleanup of trash after the event

Experience:

  • Restaurant/customer service experience is required
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Shift:

 

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

 

Ability to Relocate:

 

  • Portland, ME 04101: Relocate before starting work (Required)
